SaraM_Writer: Hey, this Roderick Butler?
RBStoryteller: Who is this?
SaraM_Writer: It's Sara Mills from Redgrove. Haven't met but I know your stepsis
SaraM_Writer: So I have the right guy?
RBStoryteller: Yes, I'm Roderick.
SaraM_Writer: Cool. I just need to talk to you for a minute, k?
RBStoryteller: Okay, but how did you get my ID? Not that many people have it.
SaraM_Writer: Journalists have their tricks
SaraM_Writer: Anyway, don't sweat it. Just wanted a little favor
SaraM_Writer: I want to interview you for a little piece in the school paper
RBStoryteller: What kind of interview?
SaraM_Writer: Allie didn't tell you anything I see
SaraM_Writer: Just a little blurb, we do it every issue
SaraM_Writer: You know, interview a student, little human interest thing
RBStoryteller: But why do you want to talk to me?
SaraM_Writer: You're new, you're interesting, so perfect copy
SaraM_Writer: You should be used to it by now
RBStoryteller: I've been in the paper before, but I don't really want press now.
SaraM_Writer: What press? It's like 200 words on an inside page, just space filler
SaraM_Writer: And the interview will be about five minutes
RBStoryteller: Then I guess I can do it.
SaraM_Writer: Good. Will find you sometime this week
SaraM_Writer: Really though, Allison didn't say anything? I asked if you'd be down
RBStoryteller: She didn't say a word
SaraM_Writer: Figures. Wonder if she forgot or just blew me off
SaraM_Writer: Your new sis is a bit of a flake, but I bet you know that by now
SaraM_Writer: Anyway, it will be painless. You'll see it in maybe 3 weeks or so
RBStoryteller: I'm sure it will be fine
SaraM_Writer: See you soon champ
