Empathy No. 053

More drama around this place - why am I always the one dealing with all of this crap? My choice, I guess.

Roderick's been coming back late from school lately and I know it's not because he's into some science club or anything like that. It's HER. He's at Carlie's house, and who the hell knows what they're doing over there or what they're planning to do. And then it'll be me, the oldest, who has to clean up after them.

I need to have a talk with SOMEONE, because this is going to blow up. Carlie's a good start. I swear, that little slut could ruin all of us - and does she care? No. God, sometimes I think she's just doing this to mess with me, just waving it in my face that she's banging someone in the family. She'll probably do Jason next year just to drive the point home.

And Roderick...yeah, he's scared of everything, but he's still a guy, right? He won't say no if Carlie comes on to him. He's still got some of his father in him, doesn't he? That's probably what comes next - we're all going to learn what Roderick's dad was really like when he turns into the same man.

So I need reinforcements, but who am I supposed to talk to here? Carlie won't listen. Roderick's Mom? Holy shit is that going to be an awkward conversation. But if I don't talk to SOMEONE, I'll have to deal with it sooner or later.
